Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Nottifyre collects and how it is used.
Data We Collect
- Generated User ID and optional recovery code metadata.
- Push token (FCM for Android, APNs for iOS), platform, app version, and locale.
- Delivery data needed to route and retry messages (sender/recipient IDs, timestamps, status, attempts).
- Message content and event payload sent through the API (title/body plus structured event data when used).
- Technical server logs (IP, user agent, endpoint, status code, timing).
How We Use Data
- Register and identify devices.
- Deliver notifications and event messages between users/devices.
- Retry and buffer delivery when providers are temporarily unavailable.
- Operate, monitor, and secure the service.
On-Device Data (App)
Nottifyre stores chat history, event cards, contacts, and monitoring configuration locally on your device. This local data is used for app functionality (inbox, search, charts, monitoring) and is not automatically shared with third parties outside push delivery providers.
Monitoring and Permissions
If you enable monitoring features (for example battery or sound), the app records related measurements locally. When trigger conditions are met, the app can send event messages to recipients you configured.
Microphone access is only used for sound-related features when enabled by you.
Third-Party Processors
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
- Apple Push Notification service (APNs).
We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep operational server data as needed to run and secure the service. Local app data remains on your device until you delete chats, clear local data, or uninstall the app. You can request deletion of server-side user data.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect service data.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion.
Children
Nottifyre is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
